Our Commitment to Community

We believe that Montecito Bank & Trust and the communities we serve are two halves of the same whole. We’ve prospered as a locally owned bank for over thirty years because of the loyalty and support of our community. We, in turn, have an enduring commitment to maintaining the strength and vitality of the communities where we live.

We put this commitment into action every day. Our philanthropic efforts include the well-known Community Dividends® program which contributes $1 million annually to over a hundred nonprofit organizations in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. In addition, our Associates celebrate the Bank’s anniversary each year by personally selecting ten outstanding nonprofits to receive Montecito Bank & Trust’s prestigious Anniversary GrantsSM. But monetary contributions are only part of the story. Our Associates contribute generously of their personal time and talents as local volunteers. And we help local organizations prosper by providing them with valuable financial tools – banking services and special benefits designed specifically for nonprofits.

We feel privileged to be able to share our success. And especially to provide our customers the opportunity to help others simply by banking with Montecito Bank & Trust.
