  1. Dial 963-BANK (963-2265, outside the Santa Barbara area, dial 1-800-608-1995). You will be guided through the banking choices.
  2. Enter your Account Number, followed by the # symbol on your telephone keypad.
  3. Enter your Access Number followed by the # symbol
  4. Listen for instructions over the phone to complete your transactions or inquiries:

    • Review transactions or receive a fax
    • Transfer funds
    • Change your personal identification number
