JOB SUMMARY: Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking two motivated and qualified high energy Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support the Bank’s branches. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide World Class Customer Service while promoting the community bank experience.
The CSR’s primary responsibilities will include:
• Provide World Class Customer Service to customers of the Bank through the lobby, and/or walk-up window of the branch
• Develop client relationships
• Identify cross-sell opportunities
• Support all of the Branches with staffing needs as necessary
• Ensure individual and branch goals are met
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required):
High school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of six months of cash handling experience.
SKILLS (required):
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to relate to people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner.
• Ability to consistently, efficiently and accurately count money.
• Flexible to travel
• Must have transportation to report to all Branch locations

JOB SUMMARY: Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a motivated and qualified high energy Administrative Assistant to support the Bank’s Executive Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to provide World Class Experience while promoting the community bank atmosphere.
The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibilities will include:
• Manage phones and direct inquiries from associates and customers.
• Assist Executive Administrative Manager, CEO/President and COO/General Counsel.
• Support Executive Committee as needed.
• Manage daily office administration tasks.
• Coordinate monthly preparation of Board of Directors packages.
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of sensitivity and discretion.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• High School diploma, College degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years administrative experience required.
SKILLS (required):
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide World Class Customer Service.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of Word and Outlook
