TITLE DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Online Banking Specialist I Banking Services *Job Summary: Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. As part of the Electronic Banking group, assists customers, branches and departments in the use of the ITI On-line Banking system and Instant Banker. Responsible for New Accounts Callback, Reg D Monitoring, Credit Ratings, IRA Administrator. Provides back-up support on various other Banking Services functions.

* Education required: High School diploma or equivalent. .

* Experience required: Two year’s previous bank experience. Wire and On-Line Banking experience helpful. Customer service experience preferred.

* Skills required: PC, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform detailed tasks.

Banking Services Specialist I Banking Services *Job Summary: Monitors customer accounts for possible fraud or kiting activity and Regulation D activity. Other duties include: processing adjustments, incoming/ outgoing Collections, large item review, processing Visa payments, balancing ATM Settlement and scanning of the signature cards. Responsible for distributions and tax reporting clean up on all IRA’s. Is the primary back up for the mailroom. Must stay current on all regulatory compliance applications as applicable to their position. Cross-sell on a needs basis to external customers. Provide excellent customer serve to the branch staff and departments by understanding the importance of time sensitive situations.

* Education required: High School diploma or equivalent.

* Experience required: One-year previous bank experience. Wire transfer experience preferred.

* Skills required: Oral communication skills to effectively & diplomatically deal with internal and external customers. Written communication skills and computer skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work under pressure & on multiple tasks. Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities. Type 30 wpm. Basic math skills.

Director of Community Lending Group Community Lending Group * Job Summary: The SVP/Director of the Community Lending Group (CLG) is responsible for directing and leading commercial lending for an eight hundred million dollar Community Bank. Commercial lending includes lending for commercial business, commercial and construction real estate and high net worth individuals. The Director of CLG is also responsible for overseeing centralized processing and underwriting of scored credits for consumers and small business. Under the leadership of the Director of CLG associates from CLG will make joint calls with Branch Managers and Trust Officers on clients and prospects as well as offering deal-structuring support/advice on more complicated loans and lines of credit. CLG Director must be able to develop, manage, coach, and mentor the CLG lending associates.

* Education required: BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA desirable.

* Experience required: Ten years of previous commercial lending experience in all aspects of lending and business development; Five to ten years management/leadership experience in a lending and/or environment.

* Skills required: Thorough knowledge of lending policies, procedures, regulations and compliance issues; Demonstrated ability to manage a commercial lending group, lending officers and initiatives; Demonstrated history of successful interaction with customers, prospects, regulators, board members and associates. Ability to make independent decisions within authority and assigned responsibilities Excellent listening, written and oral communications skills; Good organizational and analytical skills; Proven management, leadership, and mentoring skills; Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once; Ability to build and coach teams to success

Branch Manager Goleta *Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Branch Manager is to generate, evaluate and successfully close on a wide range of consumer deposit and loan activity while developing client relationships. Position also requires the ability to effectively manage, direct, coach, and motivate branch personnel to maintain standards of high performance and profitability as well as developing opportunities for community service and involvement. Branch Manager must maintain operational effectiveness and compliance.

Education required: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate banking experience

Experience required: Four years sales experience, Minimum two years supervisory experience.

Skills required: Knowledge of bank operations, security policies, practices and procedures. Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Ability to operate a standard personal computer and related Software in a Windows based environment. Ability to manage and lead others to achieve desired results.

Personal Banker Montecito *Job Summary: The Personal Banker is responsible for facilitating new business, marketing the bank’s services for new and existing customers and assisting the Relationship Manager with the management of the loan portfolio while assuring superior, timely customer service.

*Education required: A high school diploma (or G.E.D.) is required.

*Experience required: Minimum of one year of bank and customer service experience required.

*Skills required: Excellent oral communication skills are necessary to effectively & diplomatically deal with customers. Must enjoy working with the public. Be able to understand bank products in order to provide consultative approach to selling a wide variety of Bank products and services. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. High attention to details. Basic PC skills required.

Audit Manager Risk Management/Audit *Job Summary: Direct and perform the internal bank audit and trust audit programs to identify opportunities for increasing operational effectiveness, as well as identifying and reporting non-compliance with bank and regulatory requirements. Plan, execute and oversee the outsourced audit program and provide recommendations to management and the Board of Directors.

*Education required: B.A. in accounting or equivalent business-related degree.

*Experience required: CFE/CPA/CIA preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.

*Skills required: Excellent written and oral communication skills; familiarity with all facets of banking activities including operational, financial, lending and data processing practices and standards; familiarity with regulatory requirements for the banking industry; familiar with fraud control and investigative techniques and practices.

Trust Officer I Trust *Job Summary: Responsible for the administration of trust relationships where the Bank holds a fiduciary capacity as trustee. Assists in the general administration and monitoring of real property assets, limited partnerships, oil and gas leases, stocks, and bonds. Represents the Bank in contacts with clients, attorneys, beneficiaries and other related parties. Compliance with established Trust policies and procedures.

* Education required: College degree required, CTFA designation or Cannon Trust School graduate preferred

* Experience required: Knowledge in trust administration with at least 2 years experience. Experience in business or financial services industry.

* Skills required: Knowledge of basic investment objectives and strategies. Experience in working and communicating with high net worth clients. Demonstrated ability in problem solving and good decision making skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Experience in writing business quality letters to clients. Computer literate, proficient in Windows and Excel.

Investment Officer Westlake Branch/Ventura Loan Production Office *Job Summary:  Responsibilities include identifying, developing and maintaining sources of new business referrals. Principal duties involve the development and active maintenance of client relationships including reviewing and managing investment portfolios, identifying client objectives, structuring portfolios to meet objectives and initiating changes as necessary to maintain objectives. Additional responsibilities include researching and documenting assets to be held in accounts and maintaining active relationship with client and advisors.

Incumbent will also prepare, or assist with the preparation, of asset, portfolio and market summaries and commentaries as may be appropriate.

Incumbent will also fulfill other related duties as directed.

*Education required: Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or related discipline plus graduate study or certification in related profession.

*Experience required: 3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated success in financial planning and investments.

*Skills required: Ability to identify prospective clients, develop relationships with high net worth individuals, document accounts, oversee asset transfers and funding. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Competent with computers and related programs. Basic to advanced math skills.
